We developed our doubleshot injection process with using PBT resin as raw material in mind. Molds are redesigned and tuned to meet the demand of customization, making it possible to inject different graphic designs at a lower cost. This injection process could also be expanded into the fields of keycaps, automobile, medical supplies, and industrial control system productions, providing a viable solution to users worldwide.
